At Starlight Knitting Society, we want you to love every stitch of your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your hand-knit items or accessories, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garments are in unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
